Order items
One row per order line item: product, variant, SKU, quantity, price, cost and promotions, with the order status and dates.
dateFrom and dateTo filter by order_created_at (inclusive days, YYYY-MM-DD).
Rows are sorted by order_id, id, integration_id, inserted_at and paginated with page/limit; meta.hasNextPage says whether another page exists.
Responses are cached for 30 minutes.
